Calm & Relax With Private Parking Apartment - Split

Spent perfect 10/10 time here; we 100% recommend this place. The location was comfy and central.

Milo, the host, was incredibly helpful from the moment we contacted him. He went above and beyond by offering us a deal that included airport drops, assistance with car hire, and picking us up from the ferry. It truly felt like coming back to see a friend when Milo greeted us at the ferry. He was full of enthusiasm and knowledge about Split and provided us with plenty of tips and recommendations. the accommodation itself had everything we needed and more, including nice little extras like drinks in the fridge, coffee and tea, and a washing machine. the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located near both the Old Town and taxis. It was truly a delightful stay, and I understand why Calm & Relax has such high ratings. Cons: Nothing, all was good 😊.

I will be back, because loved it. Thanks for lovely stay, having setting close to everything. The apartment has peaceful not far from Split and the old town and a great green area for walking.

The center of Split was packed with countless bars and restaurants - because nothing says calm and relax like a bustling crowd and noise! But at least the free parking was nice.

Oh, and let's not forget the beach that was simply "near" the property - as in, "please enjoy the view from a distance without actually touching the sand". Hilarious!

Nice rooms provided with a view. Great and particularly good location around 10-15 minutes walk from an open - air market. Really helpful and good staff and owner.

I recently stayed at a charming apartment in Split for a few days, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of information about the area. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. We loved being able to enjoy the beautiful view of the port and city from the nearby bar/restaurant. The location was perfect, with the old town and its excellent restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated the nearby park for walking our dog. We'll definitely be returning to this unique and welcoming place!

We recently stayed at a wonderful apartment in Split and had an amazing experience. the location was perfect, with close proximity to Marjan park, a beautiful panoramic view of the city, and just a short walk to the city center. the apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we could think of. As guests with disabilities, we appreciated the thoughtfulness of the hosts in providing a comfortable workspace, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked bathroom. Milo and Petra, our hosts, were incredibly knowledgeable about the city and the region, making our stay even more enjoyable. Milo was an amazing host, always available and provided great tips. The studio was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The air conditioning worked well and was much needed in the heat. The apartment had a cozy home feel with unique touches like a painted scene on the wall to mimic a window. Milo provided maps, ferry/bus timetables, and newspapers for convenience. The property was conveniently located near the National Park and a beautiful restaurant with a terrace overlooking the city. Milo's knowledge and love for Split/Croatia made our stay wonderful and memorable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to both the old town and the beautiful Marjan park. I loved being able to go for a run in the morning and enjoy the natural surroundings. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean, a big plus. The staff, especially Milo, were really good. They were helpful and were really good too make sure I had a wonderful stay.
